When we are helping you find tenants the first stage is to market your property in its best light, which we do by using eye-catching photography and a comprehensive property description. Your property is then advertised across multiple channels to capture the right applicants. Our tenant application process is designed to capture the perfect person for your place.
Helping you choose the right tenant is something we're particularly good at. We let you make the final decision, of course, however our shortlist of prospective tenants that we show you will only have people that we would be happy to put in our own properties.
24 hour access to your account
We run an audited Trust account for all rental payments to provide owners with additional peace-of-mind; all of our owners can login to their account to view transactions and balances. NB we pay rents out to owners weekly, or as preferred.
